  • Customer Service
  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales Support
  • Support the sales team in daily operations.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
  • Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Order & Documentation Management
  • Process customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Maintain customer records and sales databases.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments.
  • Ensure proper filing of sales and service documents.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor customer feedback and service performance.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/CRM systems).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
