An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Double check payment and recalculate all amounts on invoices; make sure all supporting documents (Contract, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), price comparison, Delivery Note, etc.) have been approved and have been attached
  • Clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items
  • Check and follow up account receivable and account payable
  • Check and control inventory
  • Data posting into accounting system
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Provide coaching and training to junior accountants
  • Maintain files, including the filing of general ledger, payment & journal vouchers, and other miscellaneous filings.
  • Year-end stock count
  • Assist for internal and external audits
  • Undertaking other tasks as assigned by Finance Department Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or related fields.
  • Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet, and E-mail)
  • Must be good at English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Honest, hard-working, commitment, and result oriented.
  • Good leadership and team player.
