A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop, implement and maintain Business continuity plan (BCP) and review IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify key business processes, critical assets and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with all department to design and test the strategies
  • Ensure BCP/DRP align with regulatory requirements
  • Perform physical risk assessment to evaluate threats, vulnerabilities and their potential impact on operations,
  • Establish crisis management and response protocol, ensuring swift and effective business recovery.
  • Provide training and awareness program for employees to reinforce business continuity best practice,
  • Continuously improve BCP strategies based on evolving fintech risks, regulations and best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations are complied with.
  • Prepare and present reports on BCM effectiveness, risks, and recommendations to senior management and the board.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, BCP/ Risk Management or IT knowledge is a plus
  • At least 3+ years of Business Continuity, Risk management or operational resilience, preferably in Fintech, Banking or Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Risk Management Framework, Disaster Recovery Planning and IT system resilience strategy
  • Knowledge of principles of Risk Management in Banking industry;
  • Understand about local regulatory requirements related to BCP for Financial industries;
  • Ability to work cross-functionality with Administration, Operations, IT, Compliance and relevant team to strengthen organization-wide resilience.
  • Highly motivated and committed
