A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Regularly review and ensure the credit policies are up-to-date, reflecting changes in regulatory requirements, market conditions, and best practices in credit risk management.
  • Proactively suggest revisions or enhancements to the credit policies based on evolving risk exposures and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and assess credit-related proposals including programs, guidelines, procedures, SOPs, and credit risk models to ensure alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory framework.
  • Prepare comprehensive assessments and risk reports for internal stakeholders and Credit Committee (CC) approval, offering data-driven recommendations on credit proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of credit risk assessments, decisions, and policy revisions.
  • Develop and present periodic risk reports, portfolio reviews, and credit risk dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and industry changes that may impact credit risk, and provide senior management with relevant insights.
  • Foster a strong risk-aware culture within the bank, ensuring that all relevant teams understand and adhere to credit policies.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit risk management, data analysis, or risk modeling within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in credit risk modeling, including the development, validation, and implementation of credit scoring, default prediction, and stress testing models.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing credit risk data, conducting stress tests, and developing risk models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially when dealing with large volumes of data and high-risk scenarios.
