● Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and enterprise network fundamentals.
● Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or similar platforms.
● Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and support reliable service delivery.
● Good understanding of network security principles, documentation, and operational best practices.
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh and adapt to a fast-paced technical environment.
