A Big Opportunity for ...

To participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies.
To engage and partner with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering.
Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and aligned with business needs
To develop business requirement document and Functional specification.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and priorities
Collaborate with team and within the QA Practice to improve the quality of the releases across the SDLC
Design system workflow and use case design to make sure the functional spec is aligned with the business requirement.
Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring business requirements are integrated into project plans
Defining project scope and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to optimize business operations
Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
Ensuring that all business analysis deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices
Supporting the development and execution of test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements

职位要求

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, software consultant, or a related field
At least 3 years experiences in managing business process improvement.
At least 3 years experiences in IT business requirement gathering & documentation such as prototyping, designing of MVP, experience in mockup design, wireframe by using automation tools.
Knowledge & experience in IT Project Management.
Experienced in agile methodology and waterfall framework
Experienced in working in banking or financial sectors
Experienced in software requirement gatherings and developments
