An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Work closely with HRAD, ITD for any task and control the hold workflow.
Coordinate crossdepartmental activities for smooth operation.
Coordinate and amendment the employment contract, hiring plan/process, training, resign/terminate the work contract in any necessary.
Join and developing the HR policy, internal policy and another policy/guideline/Notification as necessary.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve targets and KPIs setting to all employee following to company policy.
Coordinate and keep updated job descriptions for all employee.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, NSSF, and other local regulations.
Support organizational structure planning and workforce forecasting.
Data analytics to support decisionmaking.
Support the CEO in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
Translate strategic goals into operational objectives and action plans.
Work with ministries/government and other related regulator.
Prepare and review operational and management reports for the CEO and BOD.
Support external and internal audits and ensure timely response to findings.
