A Big Opportunity for ...

Install, assemble, and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.);
Perform software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Windows, Mac, MS Office, email, and internet applications;
Ensure system security by applying patches, updates, and antivirus definitions regularly;
Provide first-level IT support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues;
Maintain and support LAN infrastructure; coordinate with Network team to escalate and resolve complex issues;
Administer Active Directory, DNS, email, and file servers, including user and computer account management;
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure stability, performance, and availability;
Support and maintain office equipment such as CCTV systems, printers, and photocopiers;
Track, manage, and report IT inventory for all branches, ensuring proper documentation and control;
Provide technical training and guidance to end users and junior IT support staff;
Support regional IT operations, including daily support, deployment, and follow-up on service issues;
Research new technologies and recommend solutions to improve IT support services and efficiency;
Develop, document, and update IT procedures, guidelines, and manuals; present and validate with management.

职位要求

At least 3 years professional experience in supporting Windows Desktop Platform;
Microsoft and Linux experience both client and server site;
Microsoft Applications such as MS Office, Browser, and antivirus S/W;
Hardware, software installation, repairing troubleshooting/resolving software and operating system issues;
Understanding on network and firewall concept;
Strong diagnosing and solving skill of hardware faults like Printer, Photo Copier;
Understanding CCTV installation and design;
Bachelor of Computer Science / BAA;
Verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
