An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Identify and approach potential merchants or clients through field visits, referrals, or inbound leads.
Pitch company services, conduct initial screenings, and assist with the onboarding process.
Ensure all documentation, forms, and KYC/AML requirements are complete and compliant.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., risk, legal, operations) to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Serve as the first point of contact for newly on boarded merchants or partners during the initial activation phase.
Provide support related to platform usage, transactions, training, and issue resolution.
Monitor performance during the early stages of the merchant lifecycle and flag issues to relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records of acquisition activity and onboarding progress in CRM or internal systems.
Gather feedback from partners and escalate improvement opportunities to product or operations teams.
Assist in preparing acquisition and performance reports for management

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales, client onboarding, or partner support roles (experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce is preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-first thinking.
Ability to multitask and work across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with digital platforms is a plus.
