A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Graduated bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in HRM/Management or other related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, business administration, or related to fields (from Bac-II, Year 1,2,3,4 or fresh graduate
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection Process, Job Analysis, Personnel Planning and Needs.
  • Good knowledge of job fair, walk-in interview, corporation with University/Institution
  • Experience related to credit officer, loan recovery officer, filed collection from financial institutions
  • Good English and computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office Photoshop)
  • Good knowledge and concept design
  • Good analytical, communication
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Good intuition and understanding of people’s qualities
  • Good negotiation with people.
