1. Sales Performance- Actively sell new and used vehicles to customers.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Upsell financing, insurance, accessories, and service packages.2. Customer Engagement- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.- Follow up with leads, handle Inquiries, and maintain relationships with repeat customers.- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.3. Mentorship & Leadership- Support and guide junior sales staff.- Share best practices and assist with challenging sales negotiations.4. Administrative Tasks- Prepare and process sales documentation- Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery.5. Market Knowledge- Stay up to date with vehicle features, promotions, and competitor offerings.- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Excellent customer service and communication.- Product and industry knowledge.- Time management and organization.- Leadership and mentoring ability.- 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership systems.- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred).
