● Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment and network systems at customer or site locations.● Diagnose technical issues, perform corrective actions, and minimize service downtime.● Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.● Support fault reporting, escalation, and resolution with internal teams and vendors.● Prepare service records, technical reports, and maintenance documentation accurately.● Coordinate with customers and field teams to deliver timely and professional support.

职位要求
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related technical field.● Experience in telecom service, field engineering, network maintenance, or technical support.● Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware, systems, and service operations.● Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance procedures.● Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.● Willingness to work in the field and respond to operational needs as required.● Experience in HSE-aware work practices and compliance with safety standards is an advantage.
