● Develop civil and structural design drawings, calculations, and technical documents for project execution.
● Review site conditions, survey inputs, and design data to ensure accurate and practical engineering solutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to support smooth design and implementation.
● Check design compliance with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
● Prepare technical recommendations, reports, and revisions based on site findings and stakeholder feedback.
● Support construction teams by resolving design issues and providing engineering clarification when needed.
● Monitor progress of assigned works to help ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in civil and structural design, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or construction.
● Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and relevant engineering codes and standards.
● Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools; knowledge of structural software is an advantage.
● Ability to review drawings, prepare calculations, and produce accurate technical documentation.
● Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
● Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
● Professional, responsible, and willing to work in Phnom Penh, Boeng Keng Kang.
