Responsibility:
- Responsible for identifying contraction project needs, monitor and providing technical project contraction for company customers and contractor to ensure that they perform their job duties efficiently, effectively and in a safe manner.
Tasks:
•    Setting Out: Monitor precisely marking the location, level, and alignment of all structural elements using surveying equipment.
•    Quality Control: Inspecting materials and workmanship, performing tests, and ensuring compliance with standards.
•    Monitor health & safety: conducting safety briefings, inspections, and enforcing safe work practices.
•    Supervision & Coordination: Directing crews and subcontractors, and coordinating daily site activities.
•    Documentation: Maintaining the site diary, reports, progress photos, and as-built records.
•    Problem-Solving: Resolving technical issues and unforeseen challenges on site.
•    Progress Monitoring: Tracking work against schedule.

- Bachelor’s degree in  Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people management role
- Have done safety training is preferred
- Effective performance management skill & Self-starter
- Detail and result oriented
- Self-disciplined
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
- Good communication skills, Fluent in English
- Familiar with safety protocols and procedures
- Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary
