A Good Opportunity for ..
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support)• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and CV pool• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress• Support employer branding initiatives (career page, job posts, campus engagement)• Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and standards

职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Good command of English (written & spoken)• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & reporting)• Familiar with job posting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
