An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee the recruitment for all levels across CMCB
  • Stay abreast on innovative recruiting trends and practices.
  • Support Branch Sales Recruitment Projects in Phnom Penh and Provinces.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all recruitment matters.
  • Draft and lead employer branding initiatives
  • Draft and implement measures to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through 
  • Continually build capacity of Talent Acquisition Team
  • Update and report to HR management regularly on progress and challenges on talent acquisition activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

职位要求

  • At least bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field relevant to and/or aspects of roles described above
  • Minimum 02 years of related experience in full recruitment cycle 
  • Experience in recruiting senior positions of financial industry is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of business operations
  • Ability to plan and lead team to reach the goals
  • Adaptable, agile, strong follow up
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
