• Ensure tenants follow mall policies and reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate records of tenant data and reports
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines                                                                                                                                           

6. Cross-Department Coordination

• Work with leasing, marketing, and operations teams
• Support tenant onboarding and store opening processes
• Assist in aligning tenant activities with mall objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, mall operations, or business support roles
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
