• Monitor stock levels of home appliances and replenish stock to avoid overstock and stockouts.​
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and write‑offs in the inventory system.​
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for on‑time deliveries, resolve shipment delays, and manage product returns or damages.​
• Organize and oversee storage of appliances, ensuring safe handling of bulky and fragile items and compliance with warehouse safety standards.​
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, and adjust records as authorized.​
• Maintain updated inventory, purchase, and pricing reports and share periodic stock reports with management.​
• Implement and follow inventory control procedures (e.g. FIFO/FEFO for accessories and spare parts) to minimize losses and obsolete stock.​
• Liaise with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure product availability for customer orders, installations, and after‑sales needs.​

• Bachelor’s degree: Business, Management or related field is an advantage.​
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control; experience with home appliances or electronics preferred.​
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.​
• Proficiency in inventory/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word); able to work with handheld scanners and stock control software.​
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.​
• Ability to lift and move bulky appliances safely and to work in a fast‑paced warehouse/retail environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
