  • Own and improve the 3 pillars across branches: customer experience, coach quality, and hygiene
  • Set clear standards and checklists for service, coaching, and cleanliness
  • Visit branches regularly to inspect and score against those standards
  • Retrain coaches and front-desk staff where quality drops
  • Manage the member feedback and complaint process — respond quickly and professionally
  • Track and report pillar performance weekly to the General Manager
  • Help improve member retention through consistent, high-quality service

  • Age 25–35
  • Khmer native
  • 2+ years in operations, service, hospitality, or supervisory role
  • Strong eye for detail and quality standards
  • Good with people — able to coach and correct staff respectfully
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable with checklists and reporting
  • Passion for fitness and healthy living preferred
