Foreigner Project Sales Manager at One of the Most Successful Construction Supply Companies in Phnom Penh

  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans
  • Manage and coach the sales team to meet growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, developers, and consultants
  • Collaborate across departments including marketing and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, with leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proficient in English and Chinese is a MUST (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
