“Founded in the year 2014, Anik Hotels Group manages 3 luxurious and classical four-stars hotels in the capital city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Anik Hotels Group was established by a Cambodian entrepreneur who was inspired by his spouse’s passion towards the hospitality industry, a passion that soon became one that they shared together. This passion later inspired a hotel group to be established in the early 2010s, an establishment driven by an unshaken concept of pure hospitality and nostalgia. Branching out from a small tailored boutique to a continuously developing hotel group, the success story of ANIK Hotel stems from the Sankranti definition of ANIK, translating into Politeness & Generosity, which is translated deeply into the concept of ANIK Hotels Group hospitality.”

● Provide a range of spa treatments with care, professionalism, and attention to guest comfort. ● Assess guest needs, explain treatment options, and recommend suitable therapies when appropriate. ● Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of treatment rooms, tools, and spa equipment. ● Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring privacy, safety, and a relaxing experience. ● Follow hotel spa standards, treatment protocols, and health and safety guidelines at all times. ● Monitor product usage, report supply needs, and help keep the spa area organized and stocked. ● Work closely with team members to support smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
● Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and other public areas. ● Ensure public spaces are neat, sanitary, and ready to receive guests throughout the day. ● Restock supplies and report maintenance issues, hazards, or required repairs promptly. ● Support housekeeping standards and follow hotel cleanliness and safety procedures. ● Respond politely to guest requests and assist in creating a pleasant hotel environment.
