Under a public-private partnership signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia in 1995, Cambodia Airports holds the concession for the development and management of Cambodia’s network of international airports serving the capital city of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap (until October 15, 2023), home to the UNESCO World Heritage Angkor Archaeological Complex, and the port city and beach resort of Sihanoukville. The shareholders of Cambodia Airports are France’s VINCI Airports (70%) and Muhibbah Masteron Cambodia (30%), a Malaysian-Cambodian joint venture. In 2019, all 3 airports handled 11.6 million passengers, served 600 destinations and welcomed 53 airlines. Key drivers for Cambodia’s economy and profile, the airports contributed in 2015 to 17% of the country’s total GDP. More than 1.7 million jobs, representing 20% of the country’s working population, were related to their activities.

IT System Administrator is administering all systems and applications and databases for all airports. The role also ensures that all servers and databases and applications are updated and backup with latest security patches and all systems are high secured from any risk of internal and external cybersecurity attack. Your mission will mainly focus on: Serve as the system administrator for the following systems: Windows Systems and Linux Manage Active Directory Server and AD Connect. Manage and control SCCM for system patches management VMWare Systems ESXI, vSphare, Vcenter, Database Administration and Maintenance Manage and maintain software systems and applications, databases licenses for 2 airports. Manage and Maintain Anti-Virus for all servers and Workstations Deploy the system hardening, improving cybersecurity for servers and workstation. y Manage and deploy Office 365 applications end user for Cambodia Airports Manage and assign access rights of users (AD account, Email, Internet, FTP, XML) Ensure high availability of all servers, applications, and databases are backup for 2 airports Monitor logs and activities on the servers, domain backup, recovery, and backup testing on proxy, intranet, SQL systems, and applications.
Performing preventive maintenance and repairing the low voltage and electronics equipment in TECHO International Airport’s building such as ATS system, BHS ,BMS system, CCTV System, Access control, etc; Performing periodic maintenance of low voltage equipment of buildings according to the maintenance schedule; Respecting all safety rules; Monitoring and follows up routine and non-routine maintenance carried out by subcontractor on low voltage equipment according to their maintenance schedule; Complying with rules and recommendations of Maintenance Safety Manual; Working on the shift rotation.

To support the Cargo Management in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in cargo operations; To implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance; To continuously improve quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency; To attend the internal and external audits, as well as other relevant meetings to ensuring successful completion results and following-up of the corrective actions implementation if any. Ensuring compliance with ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) standards including the audit preparation, participation and implementation of the corrective actions if any; Ensuring the compliance with the company’s quality management systems; services standards and regulations; and implementing sustainable practices within cargo operations; Assisting to enforce the safety and security protocols at the Warehouse; Supervising and supporting the cargo team; Monitoring capital expenditures (Capex) and operational expenditures (Opex); Ensuring good customer engagement and relevant stakeholders’ cooperation.
Performing regular inspection, maintenance and repairs of building electrical systems (HVAC, lighting, power supply, distribution boards, building structures, Plumbing system, Medium and Low Voltage, Lighting system and related facilities; Troubleshoot and repair electrical of HVAC, water supply, drainage systems, valves, pumps, and sanitary to ensure safety and continuous operation. Records daily maintenance activities and report to supervisor. Coordinating with other maintenance teams or subcontractors when necessary. Complying with rules and recommendations of Maintenance Safety Manual and Respecting all safety rules. Working on the shift rotation.
Installing and configuring hardware and software on servers, workstations, and IT peripheral; Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network, hardware LAN/WAN, software; Providing technical support in resolving hardware, software and other related problems; Troubleshooting, repairing and routine maintenance on overall IT equipment and accessories; Performing daily check on backups and test restoration; Maintaining and administering integrity of the systems, server and client deployment and manage security, policy; Performing regular upgrading to ensure system remain up to update; Managing and monitoring to ensure that all network components, computer systems work systematically and efficiently; Working on shift rotation.
Supervising the daily operations of all parking facilities and areas to ensure efficient and smooth traffic flow and compliance with the operational standards; Ensuring all parking equipment (ticket machines, barriers…) and system are operational and reporting breakdowns for timely repair.
