Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Installing and configuring hardware and software on servers, workstations, and IT peripheral;
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network, hardware LAN/WAN, software;
Providing technical support in resolving hardware, software and other related problems;
Troubleshooting, repairing and routine maintenance on overall IT equipment and accessories;
Performing daily check on backups and test restoration;
Maintaining and administering integrity of the systems, server and client deployment and manage security, policy;
Performing regular upgrading to ensure system remain up to update;
Managing and monitoring to ensure that all network components, computer systems work systematically and efficiently;
Working on shift rotation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or relevant fields;
Experience in installing and maintaining network, computer hardware/software; printers; desk phones and screens;
Experience in providing technical support to end users and troubleshooting networking, hardware, software, client/server applications and/or related problems;
Certificate in Cisco Networking (CCNA) or Window Server Administration is advantageous;
Ability to learn new technologies quickly;
Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English;
Ability to work under pressure in autonomy and flexibility;
Eagerness to self-train and continuous learning curve;
Good inter-personal skills, confident and motivated person;
Showing proactivity and dynamism.
