Key Responsibilities: Drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify business opportunities, increase market penetration, and maximize customer value. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across enterprise customers. Understand customer business objectives and challenges, translating them into tailored ICT and enterprise solution proposals. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with technical, product, and service delivery teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM systems, ensuring visibility and effective opportunity management. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement. Prepare and present business proposals, commercial agreements, and executive-level presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
● Plan and coordinate network projects from initiation through delivery and closure. ● Support network design, implementation, testing, and acceptance activities. ● Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. ● Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical gaps. ● Assist in network performance reviews, troubleshooting, and service improvements. ● Prepare project updates, documentation, reports, and technical records. ● Ensure work follows company standards, quality expectations, and security policies.
● Support end-to-end FTTH project implementation, from planning to handover and closeout. ● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to meet schedule and quality targets. ● Review site readiness, installation progress, and technical compliance during field execution. ● Monitor project milestones, track issues, and escalate risks that may affect delivery. ● Ensure work follows engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures. ● Prepare progress updates, technical reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.

● Design and develop network automation solutions to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and configuration. ● Maintain automation scripts, tools, and workflows to improve operational speed and reduce manual effort. ● Support network infrastructure changes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, stable, and scalable network services. ● Document automation processes, standards, and technical procedures for effective team use. ● Analyze network issues and recommend automation-driven improvements for long-term stability.
