• Visit event venues, measure the space, and recreate it accurately in 3D • Turn creative concepts into high-quality 3D designs and visuals • Prepare clear, technical files that the production team can build from • Jump in quickly to support the production team if issues come up on-site • Check the event setup before doors open to make sure everything is built right
Design social media content, branding materials, campaign assets, and presentations Develop creative concepts and bring them to life across digital and print Partner with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns from start to finish Keep every piece on-brand while still pushing for fresh, original ideas Manage multiple projects and deadlines without letting quality slip Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI-assisted workflows
• Own key client relationships and act as their main point of contact • Resolve complaints and problems quickly, with solutions that actually hold up • Build and refine client service processes and standards as we grow • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account executives • Track client satisfaction and report results to leadership • Onboard new clients and keep the team aligned on service standards • Work closely with strategy, creative, and production to keep everyone on the same page
