Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Own key client relationships and act as their main point of contact

• Resolve complaints and problems quickly, with solutions that actually hold up

• Build and refine client service processes and standards as we grow

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of account executives

• Track client satisfaction and report results to leadership

• Onboard new clients and keep the team aligned on service standards

• Work closely with strategy, creative, and production to keep everyone on the same page

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 3–5 years in client service or account management, ideally at an agency

• A track record of managing key accounts and keeping clients genuinely satisfied

• Experience leading or mentoring a team

• Strong communicator, well organized, and steady under pressure

• Familiar with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and MS Office/Google Workspace

• A good read on marketing, events, and customer engagement tactics
