Manage a portfolio of longtail (SMB) accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors’ offerings and services. Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations. Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics.
