Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment. Check and verify overtime records and ensure accurate payroll input. Maintain and update the HR master list and employee profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle employee relations matters, including issuing warnings and supporting disciplinary actions when required. Monitor and analyze employee retention and turnover to support workforce planning. Prepare and issue employment certificates and related HR documents as requested by employees. Review attendance, leave, and lateness records with relevant stakeholders and report updates to the HR Manager. Coordinate staff movements such as onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and exits. Prepare monthly attendance reports and provide supporting documentation for payroll and final settlements. Communicate HR announcements (new joiners, transfers, promotions, resignations) through official channels. Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR operations.
Check emails and WhatsApp messages daily to receive and process customer orders accurately. Prepare sales orders and issue invoices in a timely and correct manner. Create and update new customer profiles in the system. Update and manage product pricing based on company instructions. Verify customer order history including prices, products, and order frequency. Print and organize invoices in proper serial order for documentation and delivery. Receive and assist walk-in customers with orders, product information, and inquiries. Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding company products, prices, and promotions. Re-check all WhatsApp and email orders to ensure every order has been properly issued. Prepare invoices in advance for next-day deliveries when receiving orders from the sales team. Record and maintain special price updates in Excel files for reference. Update client-based and product-based pricing accurately in the system. Process shipping commission and support delivery coordination when required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all customer orders and invoices. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Operate the cash register and handle all types of transactions (cash, card, mobile payment) accurately. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with inquiries about products. Scan, bag, and process items quickly while ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. Monitor product stock at the checkout area and coordinate with inventory/warehouse staff for replenishment. Ensure accurate cash balancing and reporting at the end of shifts. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist in promotional campaigns and upselling products to customers when appropriate. Support other retail mart staff as needed in daily operations.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products by monitoring supplier performance and logistics. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, including quality, price, terms, shipping, and service. Prepare, review, and approve purchase orders and procurement documents in line with company standards. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management and reduce costs. Identify, evaluate, and source new suppliers or products to enhance the company’s procurement capabilities. Control and review monthly supplier price lists and propose cost-saving initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior purchasing staff, fostering team development and operational excellence. Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management, demonstrating leadership and accountability.
Manage operation in branch following operational SOP, finance and sales. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan in territory, expand customers base and ensure its strong present. Develop, and coach a professional sales team and operation team to meet or exceed specific goals. Develop and implement annual sales plans and budget. Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
