What we do

Lee’s Food Services is a leading food importer and distributor in Cambodia with over 10
years of experience. We supply a wide range of high-quality grocery products including
meat, dairy, seafood, frozen, and dry goods to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retailers. We
pride ourselves on offering premium products at competitive prices, with key meat
imports sourced from the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

Manage operation in branch following operational SOP, finance and sales. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan in territory, expand customers base and ensure its strong present. Develop, and coach a professional sales team and operation team to meet or exceed specific goals. Develop and implement annual sales plans and budget. Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts. Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition. To establish and maintain excellent relationship with Customers, business partners, suppliers and contractors. Proactively engage customers in strategic directions and initiate appropriate strategies in product development works. Keep Management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
