Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers according to issued invoices and delivery orders.
  • Verify invoice details, customer name, amount, and signature upon collection.
  • Ensure all collected cash is safely kept and accurately recorded.
  • Submit daily cash collections, invoices, and supporting documents to the finance department on time.
  • Report any shortage, overage, or customer payment issues immediately to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers, sales teams, and customer service for smooth COD operations.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers while collecting payments professionally.
  • Follow all company cash-handling procedures and internal control policies.
  • Support inventory and delivery verification when required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; accounting or finance background is a plus.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in cash collection, COD, cashier, or related roles.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible in handling cash.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physically fit and able to travel to customers daily.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet daily collection deadlines.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
  • Team player with a positive working attitude.
