Assist the manager in executing procurement plans and follow up on hardware procurement tasks. Conduct preliminary performance evaluations and system compatibility checks for procured hardware to ensure alignment with R&D requirements. Supplier Management: organize price comparisons, evaluate quotations, and oversee contract execution to ensure timely delivery of goods. Customs Clearance: coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of imported goods. Warehouse & Inventory Management: monitor inventory data accuracy, coordinate issuance, receipt, dispatch registration, and stocktaking. Procurement Issue Resolution: promptly address delays, quality problems, and supplier-related issues. Manage the entire lifecycle of MPOS’s multiple products, including POS systems, mobile wallet integration, merchant platforms, and fintech services. Define product strategy and roadmap for each product, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prioritize product features and initiatives across different products based on market needs, customer feedback, and business value. Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver product releases on time and with high quality. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and risks across different product lines. Monitor product performance metrics (adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction) for all products and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and financial regulations for every product. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product features, updates, and roadmaps. Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, training, and go-to-market strategies. Continuously drive innovation across all MPOS product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
