  • Responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of restaurant management systems and hardware.
  • Manages device records, consumables, and contracts while efficiently configuring menus and uploading content using AI tools.
  • Provides merchant training, ongoing support, and timely issue resolution.
  • Builds strong merchant relationships, collects feedback for system improvements, and ensures high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years in after-sales or technical support, basic network/Windows/POS knowledge,
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel, work shifts, and overtime.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in office software.
  • Chinese speaking is preferred.
