Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and activations. Support staff in closing difficult deals and resolving customer objections. Audit & Credit Control Verify customer credit limits and payment history before deal approval. Audit sales reports, invoices, and team documentation for accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Customer Interaction Greet and assess key customers, especially for high-value or sensitive cases. Handle escalated complaints and ensure smooth onboarding.
