Develop and manage strong relationships with on-trade accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, lounges, and hotels. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and activations. Introducing Oracle hardware products including servers, storage systems, and tape libraries • Install and configure SAN switches (Cisco MDS, Brocade) • Set up virtualization on Oracle x86 and SPARC servers • Manage Oracle hardware using ALOM and ILOM (e.g., firmware upgrades, system monitoring) • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers • Collaborating with Oracle backend support to resolve issues • Create and manage service requests for customer issues • Perform hardware part replacements as needed • Conduct Oracle hardware maintenance and prepare reports for clients
