Job Summary Join One More Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an Engineering Supervisor in Phnom Penh. You will lead day-to-day engineering support, improve equipment reliability, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities ● Supervise engineering activities, daily maintenance tasks, and technician performance. ● Plan and follow preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability. ● Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate fast, effective repairs with production teams. ● Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and production lines. ● Monitor safety, quality, and HSE compliance during all engineering work activities. ● Maintain records of maintenance, spare parts usage, and equipment performance trends. ● Recommend process and equipment improvements to raise productivity and reduce cost. ● Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth technical operations.
