 Plan, develop and deliver courses based on the school’s ASEAN curriculum for tourism professionals.  Assist with alignment of assessment, learning objectives and instructional strategies.  Prepare instructional material including audio-visual presentations.  Initiate and design additional materials to supplement other programs.  Prepare and set exams; provide constructive feedback on oral and written work.  Collaborate with a team of specialty teachers and regularly review student achievement.  Nurture a student-centered learning environment.  Establish and maintain a classroom environment that promotes a high level of respect for others, personal accountability, and academic achievement.  Produce semester reports on student achievement and progress.  Attend meetings and participate in school events (open house days, career fair, admission sessions etc.).
