Job Description

ProJects

• Establish relationships with local and international organizations to seek for financial and technical support to the NGO/school.

• Identify and search for various projects to submit project applications in link with the NGO/school activities.

• Plan, manage, implement, monitor and evaluate projects from conception to completion.

• Plan and manage various internal projects such as the short courses and the annual Entrepreneur Challenge.

Communications

• Manage, monitor and update all digital platforms and profiles (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).

• Plan, manage and monitor the monthly newsletter (English and French).

• Design and publish organic and paid digital content materials to promote recruitment efforts, fundraising events, school activities, school events, student’s life and projects.

• Identify the most effective communication channels to promote the NGO/school activities and actions.

• Assist in events planning and execution in collaboration with all department heads.

Job Requirements

• Dynamic, creative, hard-working, flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented.

• High level of sensitivity; ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities.

• Good digital skills, proficiency with MS Office is required. Knowledge of Moodle is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and Khmer are a plus.

• Knowledge of South East Asia in general and Cambodia in particular is an advantage.

• A team player who possess good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
