Collaborate with stakeholders across the CLM Hub to understand and document business needs effectively. Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team. Possess strong functional knowledge of relevant systems and applications to assess change impacts and propose solutions. Work with architects and engineers to design and develop technology solutions that align with business needs and organizational standards. Support project managers in prioritization, resource allocation, and the successful delivery of projects. Assist in functional testing before UAT, support UAT facilitation, and ensure solutions are scalable and replicable across the CLM Hub. Contribute to the design and implementation of change management processes in compliance with SDLC standards. Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders. Provide L2 application support as required and assist in resolving application-related issues. Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Maintain accurate and comprehensive system documentation and report application-related costs to stakeholders. Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Conduct thorough functional testing, facilitate UAT, and oversee software deployments to company standards. Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, maintain documentation, and manage application-related costs. Lead and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts, providing application support and fostering a collaborative environment. Performing other tasks assigned by Management.
1) Drive PruVenture (PV) Programs Lead PV program strategic planning, initiatives, and engagements Work closely with RHs, ADMs and Agency Leaders to formulate programs, sales activities and events to drive for better PV activation and productivity. Work closely with Academy team to excellence in L&D execution for full time agents. Work closely recruitment team and marketing team to design and develop PV recruitment and sales tools. Drive PV activation day, Red Day, PV Monthly Townhall, booths, roadshows with a clear objective driven. Monitor PV performance tracking, and reporting and initiate next action plan to enhance activation and productivity. Facilitate one-on-one session between BD and Head of Agency Growth on PV MAPA, especially focus on activation and productivity in a timely basis. Work with marketing/engagement team to drive PV branding agenda. 2) Channel Event's Designing, Planning, and Other Material Production Serve as a central point for administrative tasks between Agency Management Team, DSS Team, and Recruitment Team Design, plan and coordinate all events (CP, BOP, Leader Forum, Red Hero Day (PPM), BD Dialogue, Quarterly Conference, Monthly Agency Meeting etc.) Initiative platform--digital, virtual or physical events to establish the outspreading or program's image. 3) Drive MDRT and Top Tier Agents Work very closely with RHs and ADMs on recruitment strategy to attract top-tier agents/ MDRT profile. Actively involve with Agency Leaders in recruitment engagement and facilitation activity to scale up recruitment portfolio. Coordinate with MDRT Club Committee to drive initiatives and performance to achieve the business objectives aligned with business target. Establish solid agency model and a clear support structure to penetrate the high net-worth market segments. 4) Drive Agency Leader Program Work very closely with Academy team to ensure the AABM, ABM, and APEX Leader Program are running smoothly and effectively. Work with agency leaders to come up with strategic and execution plans to increase the BM promotion rate with quality business. Support Head of Agency Growth to come up with a support structure to ensure the success of newly promoted BMs. Drive initiatives needed and/or required from relevant stakeholders to engage, inspire and influence the leaders to align with agency business goal.

Technology Risk Management Accountability: Lead the formation and successful rollout of LBU Technology Risk Management frameworks. Provide expert guidance on information and technology risk, considering platform and regional complexities. Ensure regular reporting of technology risk to LBU risk committees. Collaborate with LBU operational risk management to manage information and technology risks. Establish and implement information and technology risk appetite and key risk metrics for management oversight. Proactively monitor LBU risk registers and escalate potential risks for Group-level reporting. Work with LBU ORM to review risk registers, ensuring effective risk mitigation plans. Promote a strong risk culture among LBU stakeholders. Security & Resilience Accountability: Lead the formation and successful rollout of LBU Security & Resilience frameworks, aligning with Prudential Group standards. Ensure compliance with Group Security & Resilience policy requirements (e.g., Business Continuity, Physical Security, Resilience Risk). Conduct Security - Current State Assessments (CSA).
