• Management of all impaired accounts • Initiating legal action and frequent follow-up of the status with panel solicitors • Prepare all related report for head office (local & group) • To work with branches, lawyers, values and borrowers to ensure recovery efforts & strategy are implementation effectively • Update recovery action status/reporting to supervisor on frequent basic or when required • Ensure prompt reporting to superior for matters requiring attention of superior • Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the management from time to time • To familiarized with all related group policy & guidelines • Work closely with other colleague (within the unit and other department, branches & head Office) and other related 3rd party involved (i.e. lawyers, values & borrower) at all time • Travel to other province if required to Contribute and provide solutions to ensure the success of recovery.
To carry out the bank’s lending and credit functions with adherence to the Bank’s established loan and credit policies, procedures and guideline within the standard turnaround time that cover the followings: I. Process, evaluate, prepare credit assessment paper including site visit make recommendations for approval of customers’ loan application to the Management II. To facilitate and coordinate the loans closing and ensure all loans legal documents prepared by Head Office are properly executed and communicate to customers. III. To constantly review of customer loan to ensure loans is performing. Report to Management on non-performing loan. Refer to Loans & Administration Department, Head Office for credit control advice and carry out credit control measurement as per the Bank’s procedures & instruction. • Handle and advice Unit Heads in all lending related matter and safeguard the lending compliance in according to regulatory bodies and the Bank’s internal credit policy. • Implement of all lending and credit related policies and procedures. • Process improvement plans to enhance CA quality & submission turnaround time. • To contribute to the Bank’s loans business through explore and pursue new markets / clientele for loan products and promote / market all types of loans. • Achieve the given loans business target via business referral set by the Branch Manager per year. • Provide lending & credit related guidance / training to Associate – Credit and Sales & Marketing. • Prepare all credit related reporting of the branch for internal & external submission.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and overall business growth of the bank through proactive client engagement and portfolio management. • Identify and develop business opportunities within corporate and institutional segments, including generating referrals to senior management where appropriate. • Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s full suite of products and services, including lending, deposits, fee-based services, and digital banking solutions. • Achieve assigned sales targets, including loan growth, deposit mobilization, and fee income generation. • Expand and strengthen the client base through networking, referrals, strategic follow-ups, and targeted prospecting activities (including cold calling). • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Provide professional advisory support to clients on banking products and services, facilitating smooth application processes. • Collect, verify, and prepare all required documentation for credit and deposit applications, ensuring timely deal execution in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Lead and supervise Sales & Marketing Associates when assigned, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards. • Prepare credit applications (CA) and manage turnaround time efficiently to support timely approvals. • Monitor individual and team sales performance, and prepare regular performance reports and business updates. • Support the development and execution of branch and bank-wide business strategies, including marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and roadshows. • Lead and actively participate in business development, marketing, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
• Perform screening and on-boarding of digital channel customers • Perform exception handling during the digital channel on-boarding process where required • Monitor and investigate digital channel applications for fraud where applicable • Maintain the back office system of the bank’s digital platform • Establishing, maintaining and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal controls for the Bank • Plan, organize, manage, implement and review to ensure all banking, operations & service delivery infrastructures including system, equipment, terminal & communication network are available all time for operational / business needs and adequate / up-to-date a to support the business growth, • Prepare and circulate MIS and other internal reports as required on a regular basis • Reporting to regulatory body as required • Interact with all levels of management across business, technology and product of the bank
