This position is not a general management role. Working closely with the CEO, the Supervisor designs the organization's operational structures, systems, rules, and business processes. Strategic Planning: Engage in discussions with the top manager and other leaders about strategies and operations for new activities. Provide input and support in developing strategic plans aligned with the company’s objectives. Support Top Manager's Activities: Provide comprehensive support to the top manager in various activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
