Founded in 2009, SINET (pronounces S.I NET) is a Specialist Dedicated Internet and Telecom Service Provider with strong focuses on engineering excellence and reliable support. SINET is one of the biggest providers with nation-wide Fiber, DWDM, SDH and a MetroEthernet backbone. We own and operate over 200 active network POPs across the country, not only in all main cities and provincial towns but also in remote districts and villages.

Manage and lead regional field teams and operations. Supervise fiber installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects. Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement units. Implement safety and quality standards in the field. Oversee field audits, incident investigations, and performance evaluations. Scope of Work: Strategic leadership across all regional field operations. Align infrastructure rollouts with business and technical goals. Lead field staff training, hiring, and performance reviews. Plan budgets, track KPIs, and report to senior management.
• Perform fiber cable splicing, terminations, and testing. • Install ONTs, splitters, ODFs, and other network devices. • Diagnose and repair customer connectivity issues. • Document work orders and submit installation reports. • Follow all safety and quality standards on-site. Team Leadership & Coaching • Supervise a team of Regional Sales Executives, Sales Agents, and Promoters. • Train staff on: o Sales techniques o Product knowledge o CRM and reporting tools o Installation scheduling and paperwork • Conduct regular team meetings and field coaching to improve performance. 2. Coordination with Technical & Coordinator Teams • Schedule installation jobs with the technical field team after each sale. • Ensure sales team collects full and accurate documentation (ID, contract, payment info). • Follow up on pending installations and customer feedback. 5. Reporting & Compliance • Ensure daily sales activities are logged in the CRM or other tools. • Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales results, team status, and market updates. • Enforce company policies and ethical sales conduct.
