Welcome all customers to the showroom. Understands the vehicle by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives. Responsible cleaning the car display in showroom to ensure all cars are clean. To identify prospects & opportunities for sales in assigned region To keep follow up with all clients and convert to hot/contract & delivery To close cooperate with other MFI/banks for supporting clients To transfer all amount of booking with accountant or administration To prepare and propose work plan/trip plan as daily/weekly/monthly basis Maintaining daily reporting structures and recording sale activity to the sale manager Build good relationships with customers for long business corporate. Report on market situation (showroom customer feedback). Create and build relationships with new and existing customers. Quote pricing, rates, and vehicle availability to clients Keep the achievement for the monthly sales target. Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them Other tasks assigned by supervisor or line Manager.
Service Executions: Manage the warehouse for working safety with proper organize and control parts inventory Maintain availability stock part for both maintenance and general repair to meet the model range of vehicles service. Keep best balance to achieve the inventory of delivery timely Keep the stock level appropriate for demand Select the items to stock and monitor stock turn Calculate the stock volume appropriate for demand Analyze and adjust the stock volume according to needs Calculate daily order volume appropriate for demand Negotiate purchasing terms with suppliers to minimize costs and improve profitability Monitor part counter person for parts wholesales, and Accessories sales Develop promotional campaigns for parts aging sales Build good relationship with customers and build a good team work Monitor stock count and schedule for completion Monitor stock receive and posting into system timely Update ETA report of parts ordering status of VOR, Rush or Stock order to SA Work close with logistic team to track parts Back Order and feedback parts allocate, pickup and shipment SA or requester. Check and report Month of Stock and stock movement by giving suggestion for stock refill Prepare purchase order and payment request for stock part ordering Monitor stock in and stock out after posting and report Verify stock turn and re-turn and stock fill rate Make monthly stock report and send to management
Perform a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing-related projects. Develop digital marketing strategy. Build new partnerships for the brand via networking & events. Work with GM, SM to analyses ROI and plan for each month’s efforts Ensure that all marketing efforts within any given month are cohesive, integrated and work to reach a common goal with the dealers and any outside agencies involved. Provide ROI and performance-based reporting on an on-going basis and maintain performance reports Act as a day-to-day contact and general support for all of your dealer managers and dealership vendor contacts. Designs, builds and maintains social media presence Analyses sales and marketing metrics Research market to identify new opportunities Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report as required Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition Interviews, hires and trains marketing staff members Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels Establish KPIs and then measure, track, report, continuously improve.
Understand the Service process and strictly follow every step operation. Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public. Receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. Record accurately vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat and incremental business. Enhance the reputation of the Company. At every opportunity when interacting with others. Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available by professional presentation and demonstration. Professionally sell additional products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs. Seek to obtain referrals for other car owners in customers’ families and among friends and associates. Advise customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken. Advise on predicted completion times and collection arrangements. Ensure proper qualification and total understanding of customer needs and requirements. Satisfy customers’ needs through making additional products and services available to them. Communicate effectively both in person and by telephone so as to keep all customers fully advised as to the progress of repairs and services. Strive to delight customers in every aspect of their contact with the Service Department. Ensure that customers understand the work detailed on job cards and that they sign to evidence their agreement. Ensure customers are advised of all work undertaken and of the need for any further or future repair or servicing requirements. Ensure that customers fully understand the limits and conditions of such work and the effects of repair, especially on older vehicles. Contact customers prior to visit to confirm booking and vehicle information, details of work to be carried out and method of payment (where appropriate). Notify customers (as necessary) of progress, completion of work or any delay/ problems encountered. Performs effectively other tasks assigned by Workshop / Technical Service Manager. Repair follow-up Checking car status at Control Board or with Chief of Technician, if it will be finished at appointed time or any additional problem. Calling Chief of Technician explain for repair status (when Service Advisor cannot answer for customer) Keep informing to customer if repair completed especially who are waiting in waiting area Invite customer to delivery area Delivery car Welcoming customer at the delivery area Making salutation and greeting with smile Asking for car receiving slip Using tools together with explaining repairing job such as Shop Manual, Parts Catalogue or Defect Parts Asking customer if there are have any inquiries Informing about next periodical service Advising self-basic maintenance Asking customer for any inquiries Signing in “delivered by” and giving customer sign in “received by” Inviting customer to cashier counter for payment process (waiting around in case any questions) and back to delivery area
