This role supports talent development and team collaboration for the Phnom Penh project team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to drive efficient team operations in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for the project team, including interview arrangements and offer follow-up, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. Maintain employee records, resource databases, and project manpower statistics to ensure accurate and complete information. Assist in HR system implementation and policy execution, supporting standardized project team management. Support collaboration between Chinese and Cambodian employees by organizing onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to enhance team adaptability. Support performance evaluation, attendance tracking, and working hours management to ensure smooth daily HR operations. Promote team cohesion, employee morale, and corporate culture development, fostering a positive working environment. Work closely with department managers to ensure smooth communication, efficient coordination, and effective business execution.
