Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Promote the institution's credit products to target customers, especially small and medium-sized business credit products.
  2. Determine sales strategies, customer care, and competitive market research.
  3. Analyze and evaluate financial statements of clients' businesses to determine the strength of income for repayment.
  4. Study, collect information, evaluate, and prepare loan applications for approval to submit to the approval committee.
  5. Achieve weekly, monthly and annual investment plans.
  6. Monitor and track post-investment loans and resolve late loan issues.
  7. Make weekly and monthly reports on the results achieved and other challenges to the Chairman.
  8. Ensure proper implementation of institutional policies

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, General Management, or a similar business degree.
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience in providing credit in the microfinance or banking sector
  3. Have knowledge in management and leadership.
  4. Problem-solving skills 2, forward thinking and initiative
