・Experience in a nursery, kindergarten, or primary school setting up
・Experience in cooking, kitchen works in Japanese restaurant or related industrial or worked with Japanese company 
・Knowledge and understanding Japanese culture / style of works for sharing knowledge to the children
・Language proficiency in English. and/or Japanese  language is plus
・Ability to empathize with children and see things from their perspective
