  1. Event Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, project launches, and sales activities follow event calendars.
    • Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and operational plans aligned with business objectives and sales campaigns.
    • Propose innovative event ideas to increase customer engagement and lead generation.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, media partners, and external stakeholders.
    • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.
  2. Content Management:
    • Develop and execute monthly content calendars across social media platforms.
    • Create engaging content ideas including videos, reels, customer stories, project highlights, and lifestyle content.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
    • Monitor content performance and recommend improvement strategies.
  3. Campaign Support:
    • Support integrated marketing campaigns to achieve brand awareness and lead generation targets.
    • Ensure consistency between online and offline marketing activities.
    • Work closely with sales team to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
