Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Record daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and tax supporting documents.
- Verify accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, banks, vendors, and customers on accounting matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or management.
