Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Checking All necessary supporting documents before posting to GL account code
  • Posting all purchase invoices and sale invoices to the Accounting system
  • Make sure all invoices are posted on time
  • Make sure monthly accrual payment are posting 
  • Prepare OR and Payment voucher
  • Analyze accounts receivable to ensure minimum exposure due to doubtful debts.
  • Make sure payment to the supplier on time
  • Assist supervisor in doing weekly and Monthly cash and bank reconcile  
  • Assisting in checking costing and item's price to previous purchase to minimize costing 
  • Assist supervisor with ad hoc report
  • Assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from university in accounting or finance or / related field 
  • Experience at least 1 year as an accountant (but not required)
  • Good knowledge of accounting program quick book, Ms. Office
  •  Advanced Ms. Excel is preferred (but not required)  
  • English language proficiency in both speaking and writing other languages are advantage.
  •  Chinese language is an advantage   
  •  Must be honest, willing to work hard in motivating top team  
  • Good attitude, a friendly and positive big smile, the art of courtesy, and an accounting-oriented person.
  • Good teamwork and accounting mindset
  • Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work under pressure and Patient
