Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recorded.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Prepare aging reports and submit regular AR status updates to management.
  • Process receipts, credit notes, and adjustments in the accounting system.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Support audit processes by providing required AR documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
