Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management.
  • Review and verify accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget control activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
  • Supervise and support accounting team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Handle financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support ERP/accounting system improvements and process optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
  • Experience in retail, trading, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations.
  • CPA/ACCA or related certification is a plus.
