  • Perform all accounting transactions and related filing
  • Assist in preparing budget forecasts
  • Support publishing timely financial statements
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Assist on report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Check and review invoices before submitting to line manager approval
  • Prepare payment request for settlement to suppliers
  • Participate in regular audits if needed Maintain strict financial data confidentiality
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Contribute to analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
  • Assist in financial decision-making by providing relevant data and analysis.
  • Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Accounting and Finance or related skills
  • 1-2 years experiences in Accounting and Finance or similar skills
  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks system
  • Good in Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet and Email
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment 
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. 
  • Good decision making and problem solving, Hard-working, honest and reliable, be able to work well under pressure
